About the Role

As a Project Manager at Aries Star Marketing OPC, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects for our diverse international client base. You'll work with cross-functional teams across our global offices to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Experience Required: 3+ years in digital project management
Travel: Occasional travel to client sites and our offices in UAE and France

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Establish and maintain relationships with clients across different cultural contexts
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for process improvements
Facilitate cross-cultural communication between teams in our global offices
Manage risks and develop mitigation strategies
Present project status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation, software development, or IT consulting
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Experience with project management software (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana, etc.)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures
Strong leadership and team management skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Experience working in multicultural environments is highly valued
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic, French, or other languages is a plus
