Project Manager

Job Description

Aries Star Marketing OPC is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

As a Project Manager at Aries Star Marketing OPC, you will work closely with our international clients across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East to understand their unique needs and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. You will be the bridge between our technical teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complete projects that meet client expectations
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for process improvements
• Facilitate client meetings and foster strong relationships with stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or software development
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and technologies
• Knowledge of web development, software development, or digital transformation processes
• Experience working in a global company with distributed teams
• Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, French, or other Asian languages)
• Experience with CRM systems and client relationship management
