Position Overview

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our international team and create exceptional digital experiences for our clients worldwide.

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer at Aries Star Marketing OPC, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and culturally appropriate user experiences for our diverse global client base. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams across our offices in the Philippines, UAE, and France to design digital solutions that meet the unique needs of users in different markets.

  • Location: Manila, Philippines (with remote work options)
  • Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
  • Reports To: Creative Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and research insights
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites, mobile apps, and digital products
  • Develop and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across multiple platforms and cultural contexts
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Stay updated on UX/UI best practices and emerging design trends across global markets
  • Present design concepts to internal teams and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Optimize designs for cross-cultural appeal and regional preferences

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and solutions
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience working with international clients or in multicultural environments is highly valued
