Privacy policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026. Plain-language version: we collect what you give us through our forms, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aries Star Marketing OPC, registered at 8F Doña Elena Tower, P. Sanchez corner 3rd Street, Santa Mesa, Manila, Philippines, 1008 ("Aries Star", "we"). For any privacy matter, contact us at contact@ariesstarmarketing.com.
2. What data we collect
- Audit requests: name, work email, website URL, Google Ads Customer ID (optional), monthly spend range, business type, and any message you write.
- Job applications: name, email, profile category, LinkedIn or CV link, and your message.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) kept by our hosting infrastructure for security purposes.
We do not collect special-category data and ask that you don't include any in free-text fields.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- To respond to your audit request and prepare the audit — pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To evaluate your job application — pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in recruiting (art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- To keep strong applicant profiles on file for future opportunities — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (art. 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a newsletter — there isn't one.
4. How long we keep it
- Audit requests and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted unless we've entered a contract.
- Job applications: up to 12 months with your consent, otherwise deleted after the process ends.
5. Who we share it with
Only service providers strictly needed to operate: our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd), our email provider, and — if you request an audit — Google, in the limited sense that we use your Customer ID inside Google Ads to request account access. We never sell or rent personal data.
6. International transfers
Our team operates from the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and France. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@ariesstarmarketing.com — we answer within 30 days. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We set no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy and a consent banner will be updated first.
9. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged prominently.
